Combining supplements will normally not interfere with how they work, but some supplements will interact with each other. We recommend introducing each new supplement individually to ensure your body can tolerate it along with your supplement regimen.

Can I take your supplements with prescription medications?

Products you should take with food

Biphazyme DTX is best taken with food to avoid nausea due to zinc in the formula.

GI Revivome is best taken with food to avoid nausea due to zinc in the formula.

Clarify GI Complete is best taken with food to avoid nausea due to the powerful botanicals in the formula.

Fortizome-3X is best taken with food.

Blood thinning concerns

The following products may act as a potential blood thinner at higher doses or combined with other agents. Consult with a doctor if you are taking this in conjunction with blood-thinning medications or other blood-thinning nutraceuticals.

Increased gut motility

ResveraSorb XL: Please note that the Japanese knotweed in ResveraSorb XL can increase gut motility. If you experience loose bowels, lower your dose and increase it gradually over time. Most people develop bowel tolerance with gradual increase of dosage.

Fortizome-3X: Taking large doses of Fortizome-3X may increase gut motility and cause loose bowels.

Are your supplements FDA-approved?
In the United States, dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA, but much of their role begins after they enter the market.

What is GMP certification?

A GMP certification stands for “Good Manufacturing Practices” certification. It is a quality management system certification that is widely recognized in various industries, particularly in pharmaceuticals, food production, and cosmetics, but it can also apply to other sectors. GMP certification ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards appropriate for their intended use.

Are your products third-party tested?

PalmaVita has every batch of products tested by an independent third-party quality control entity. Every batch is also “finish-tested” for gliadin and casein after manufacture so that we can ensure the products are 100% gliadin- and casein-free. PalmaVita does not use gluten or dairy in manufacturing, but we finish-test anyway to ensure no cross contamination could have occurred.

Are your supplements safe for pregnant/nursing individuals?

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

After your order is prepared and sent, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska, the price will be calculated at the checkout process.

For other states:
Orders under $50: $5
Orders $50-$100: $7
Orders $100 – $250: $10
Orders $250 up: free

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If an item arrives damaged, such as a bottle being broken, caps melted, or a container is leaking through the seal, please reach out to our customer service team. Any decision to issue a refund is at the discretion our team.
The following must be provided if your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Description of Damage: Customers must provide a detailed description of how the item arrived damaged.
2. Photographic Evidence: While not mandatory, customers are encouraged to provide photos of the damaged product. These images aid in preventing future instances and help in communicating with the shipping provider.
3. LOT Number: The LOT number located on the bottom of the bottle must be provided to identify the specific batch of the product.

Food sensitivity concerns

Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum is used as an emulsifier in the liquid products for better absorption. The xanthan is grown from bacteria on a growth medium. The growth medium is corn starch. However, the corn starch is completely consumed by the bacteria, so when it is tested after manufacture, there is no detectable corn in the finished product. It is tested by multiple independent entities and designated not to have corn as an allergen present in the product.

Some individuals also test sensitive to xanthan gum on the Cyrex Array 10 panel.

The products that contain xanthan gum are Bioavaili-D, Sollmega-3, ResveraSorb XL, TurmeraSorb XL.

It is possible for us to make soft gel versions of these products that do not use xanthan gum. Please let us know if you’re interested and we can look into adding those if there is demand.

Citric acid

The citric acid is grown from bacteria on a growth medium. The growth medium is corn starch. However, the corn starch is completely consumed by the bacteria, so when it is tested after manufacture, there is no detectable corn in the finished product. It is tested by multiple independent entities and designated not to have corn as an allergen present in the product.

Natural flavors

Natural flavors are derived from fruit. However, if you know you react to natural flavors, to be on the safe side, we suggest avoiding powdered and liquid supplements as they have banana, citrus, and berry natural flavors.

Gluten

Every batch of nutraceuticals is “finish-tested” for gliadin and casein (gluten and dairy) after manufacture so that we can ensure the products are 100% gliadin- and casein-free.

PalmaVita does not use gluten or dairy in manufacturing, but we finish-test anyway to ensure no cross contamination could have occurred.

Dairy

Every batch of nutraceuticals is “finish-tested” for gliadin and casein (gluten and dairy) after manufacture so that we can ensure the products are 100% gliadin- and casein-free.

PalmaVita does not use gluten or dairy in manufacturing, but we finish-test anyway to ensure no cross contamination could have occurred.

Robusta Flora may contain milk below the detection limit as one of the strains is grown on a dairy medium. While there is not enough dairy to be detected, individuals extremely sensitive to dairy may want to avoid this product.

SI-Ally does not contain any traces of dairy.

Fish

Bioavaili-D: Contains fish.

Sollmega-3: Contains fish.

Soy

Flowzyme GB: While there is no soy protein in any of our products, Flowzyme GB contains a very isolated soy lipid (fat). Because it is a fat and not a protein, it theoretically cannot cause an immune response, but extremely soy-sensitive patients may want to avoid it.

Ginseng

Biphazyme DTX: The panax ginseng is stimulating to some people, so avoid use before bedtime.

HPAdaptone: The panax ginseng is stimulating to some people, so avoid use before bedtime.

Chocolate

Hepato RLS: Contains chocolate (cocoa).

Not vegan

Not vegan: Sollmega-3, Bioavaili-D, RobustaFlora, Hepato RLS.
